In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the ole99 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the ole99 platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on ole99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ole99 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 in accordance with the legal framework applicable to its target market. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of a third party, a corporate entity, or any other legal person is strictly prohibited.
• You must not already hold an active, suspended, or previously closed ole99 account under any name or email address. Only one account per individual is permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of ole99 or its affiliated entities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local legislation and where ole99 does not hold a licence to operate. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

To register an account on ole99, you are required to submit accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details. The information you provide at registration must match the identity documents you submit during the KYC process.

One account per person: Ole99 operates a strict one-account-per-individual policy. If the system detects multiple registrations originating from the same individual — identified by matching personal details, device fingerprints, IP address clusters, or payment method data — all associated accounts may be suspended without notice.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ole99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified ole99 of a suspected security breach in writing prior to the activity occurring.

KYC verification: Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete our identity verification procedure by submitting a valid, unexpired government-issued Indonesian identity document (KTP or passport) along with proof of your registered payment method. ole99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for ongoing compliance purposes.

ole99 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that the information provided is false, inaccurate, or incomplete.

All financial transactions on the ole99 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ole99 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own service charges, for which ole99 bears no responsibility.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Ole99 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Indonesian members:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

5.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your ole99 wallet in real time or within a maximum of 5 minutes for most local bank transfer and e-wallet channels. Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the deposit interface. You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own legal name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be requested to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you have submitted and received approval for an alternative withdrawal method through our KYC team. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Under 5 minutes for verified accounts
• Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga): Within 15 minutes to 1 business hour for verified accounts

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification, fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and clearance of any pending security review. ole99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where Irregular Activity is suspected.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the transaction interface and may vary by payment method. Limits are denominated in IDR. Ole99 reserves the right to adjust limits at its discretion with reasonable prior notice where practicable.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager). Ole99 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of up to Rp 50.000 to dormant account balances after written notification to the account's registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance will be archived after the dormancy period.

Ole99 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback rebates, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Imlek. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, fully registered ole99 members only. Members who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under review are not eligible.
• Each member is entitled to claim a particular promotion only once unless the promotion is explicitly labelled as recurring or repeatable.
• All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific rollover multiple (e.g., 5x, 10x) and the eligible game categories are stated in each promotion's individual terms page.
• Bonus credits and any winnings derived from bonus credits cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is satisfied will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Ole99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where it reasonably suspects that the promotion is being abused or exploited.
• Bets placed using bonus credits may contribute differently to wagering requirements depending on the product — sportsbook bets, slot spins, and live casino wagers may carry different contribution rates. Refer to individual promotion terms for details.
• Mix parlay and other accumulator bets placed with bonus credits are subject to specific minimum odds thresholds as stated in each promotion.

All bets placed on the ole99 platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel) are published in the respective product sections of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation reference number or on-screen confirmation from the ole99 system. Bets placed during a technical failure or system disruption may be voided at ole99's discretion.
• Pricefeed errors: In the event that an incorrect odds price is displayed due to a technical error or data feed malfunction, ole99 reserves the right to void bets placed at that incorrect price regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• In-play betting: Live in-play odds are updated in real time. There may be brief delays between on-field events and odds movements. Ole99 accepts no liability for bets accepted during a brief delay period where the corresponding on-field event has already concluded.
• Mix parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to return a profit. If any single leg is void, the accumulator is recalculated excluding the void selection. Minimum and maximum mix parlay leg counts are specified within the sportsbook interface.
• Togel draws: Togel draw results are sourced from the official published results of the respective market operator. Any discrepancy between a third-party source and the official result will be resolved in favour of the official result.
• Maximum payout: Ole99 applies a maximum single-bet payout cap. The applicable cap is displayed within the relevant betting interface and varies by market and product.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ole99 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing a third party to use your account credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or KYC.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from criminal activity or that are otherwise the proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal act.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or platform bugs to gain an unfair advantage or extract funds.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, manipulate outcomes, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Colluding with other players or with any employee of ole99 to fix the outcome of any game, match, or draw.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited and where ole99 does not hold an applicable licence, using a VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threats, or abusive conduct directed at ole99 staff or other members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any ole99 software, game, or system component.

All content on the ole99 platform — including but not limited to the ole99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, and game interfaces — is the proprietary property of ole99 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ole99 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, transmit, or create derivative works from any ole99 content without express prior written consent from ole99.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing agreements with ole99.

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage of any kind;
• Any loss or damage resulting from platform unavailability, scheduled maintenance, or unplanned service interruptions;
• Any loss arising from a delay in processing your withdrawal request due to KYC review, compliance checks, or banking system downtime outside ole99's reasonable control;
• Any loss resulting from your own failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, ole99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your ole99 wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ole99 holds its operating licence. Ole99 operates as an internationally licensed platform serving the Indonesian market.

Dispute resolution — informal stage: In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from or in connection with your use of the ole99 platform, you should first contact our customer support team in writing at [email protected]. Ole99 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt of a complete written submission.

Dispute resolution — formal stage: If a complaint cannot be resolved informally within 10 business days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. Arbitration awards shall be final and binding on both parties.

Indonesian players: You acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the ole99 platform is lawful in your specific location. Ole99 does not warrant or represent that the services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Indonesia.
